How long have you been in love? Have you ever heard of the most romantic lake in the world? Dubai’s love lake or lovers’ lake is in the middle of the dessert of (Al-Qudra Oasis desert) Dubai, which is famously known for the two enormous inter-connected waterways shaped like a heart.

It is a masterpiece done covering an area of 550,000 square meters. The aerial view of the lake will show you a series of plants tangled together to form the word “LOVE”. Even though it is in a desert the natural beauty knows no limits. You can see frolicking swans, flamingos, and koi fish flanked by numerous heart-shaped sculptures adorned with blooming flowers.

The construction was completed back in 2018 to a concept by Prince Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum of Dubai. “To all of you” was the Instagram post published by the prince to the citizens of UAE in the grand opening of lovers’ lake. If you ever wanted to jog on a heart-shaped track with your lover, love lake is the place to go. It has heart-shaped sculptures lined with red poinsettias and ample benches making it the ideal place not only for a cuddle and enjoying the view, but also the dream place for first dates and marriage proposals! It would be just like living in a movie scene!

No romantic setting is complete without dipping your toes in the water or performing heart-shaped laps in a charming sunset scene. The evening sky makes amazing gold, red, and orange gradient sky due to the vast spread of sand that surrounds Love Lake in every direction.
